Care Dorset’s five-year Strategy is called Your Life, Your Way. The name reflects Care Dorset’s determination to add as much value as we can to the lives of people we support.
Why does Care Dorset need a new strategy?
Care Dorset is on a modernising path. It must embrace the realities of social care economics while offering new kinds of care, to more people, in new places.
It also has an ambitious 60% revenue growth target and will open an Academy for its colleagues – and, eventually, others – where they will earn recognised industry qualifications.
Care Dorset’s five-year Strategy is called Your Life, Your Way. The strategy maps Care Dorset’s path to becoming a more commercial, future-facing organisation.

The Strategy was approved by Care Dorset’s Shareholder Committee in December 2024.
